What is The Bubble Poker League?
The Bubble Poker League organize social events all over the capital city of London, created by poker players for poker players.
We provide the highest level in tournament poker in the relaxed atmosphere of a pub so that you can sit back with a drink and play some friendly poker and win some big cash prizes each night.
We aim to provide you wish a fantastic night's entertainment, one of the best places to make new friends and play some friendly cards.

What game does Bubble Poker events play?
No Limit Texas Hold 'Em

How do I join?
You can register direct at one of our venues. When you arrive at the venue, one of our friendly tournament directors will supply you with all the information that you will need. It really is that simple, you do not need any cooling off period or anything, come down, play and win!

How does the league work?
At each tournament, points are awarded based on getting to the final table. The next season of The Bubble Poker League in London runs from Tuesday 14th October 2008, this season will last for 3 months and end on Thursday 22nd January 2009. If you are joining half way through the season then that is totally fine to do so, you can come and play as and when you wish, we hope to see you walking away with all the cash very soon.

How professional do I need to be?
We cater for all levels of poker expertise. So whether you are a complete novice, have played socially with friends or are or think your are a professional, a great social experience and superb entertainment awaits you at every venue.

From Holland Park: Turn left after you leave the station and the pub is about 5 minutes up on the left. From Notting Hill Gate: Take the Portobello Market exit and cross the road at the lights. We are thinking of arranging a fifty pounds freeze out before the end of the year but we would like to know if you would be interested?
Over the past few weeks we have had many emails regarding a bigger buy in for a special tournament, we have the Christmas tournament coming up on Saturday 20th December 2008 but we feel that fifty pounds is way to expensive esspecially with the credit crunch and everyone buying presents.
So we are thinking of organizing a private game which will be a deep stacked freeze out with lots of magical fun and frolics.

Tell your partner that Saturday 20th December 2008 is 'your' day and you will not be seeing them or getting in some last minute Christmas shopping as The Bubble Poker League in London will be hosting our Christmas Poker Party for all members that have played in any of our events during the year of 2008 down at The Samuel Pepys in Mansion House our spiritual home.
We are in the planning for this to be an all day affair with lots of tournaments and party games scheduled.
We would like to also hear off you to hear what you want at this event, we need idea's as regards to buy ins for the tournaments, party games, awards, head hunters etc.

We are currently not sure how many tickets we are going to allocate for this event so they may be on sale very soon and will be first come first serve we are afraid. Last year we had 74 players at the Christmas party, we are thinking of making this year a little bit lower key than that but will let you all know soon enough. Poker In The Sands 2009


We are now taking interest and bookings for the 'Poker In The Sands' holiday which will be flying out of Gatwick Airport on Thursday 11th June 2009
London based organizer Craig Norwood had this to say about the holiday:
"This is one of the best weeks of poker and sun action that you will have away outside of Las Vegas, with tournaments organized in the day and night for those of you that are really poker mad, but if you just want to relax then you can. The holiday which is organized by The Nuts Poker League and The Bubble Poker League members really brings a different atmosphere to what is a fantastic game.
I know that I will personally be going back year after year to this fantastic event"
Pub poker has rocketed over the past few years and the demand for it shows with this fantastic holiday. Players from all over the country come together for what is a magical time away.
